The library is thrilled to invite you to a unique and enchanting experience: a Scavenger Hunt for mini works of art in the form of book covers, hidden within the beautiful Botanical Garden of the Piedmont (BGP). This special event is hosted in honor of the BGP’s upcoming Botanical Art Festival, celebrating the intricate beauty and creativity found in both art and nature.

A Blend of Art and Nature: As you explore the lush pathways and vibrant flora of the Botanical Garden, keep your eyes peeled for mini artworks – book covers artistically integrated into the garden’s landscape. Each cover is a nod to beloved books, hidden within the garden’s natural beauty.
For All Ages: This scavenger hunt is designed to be enjoyable for participants of all ages. Whether you’re a family looking for a fun outing, a couple on a creative date, or an individual eager for a peaceful yet engaging activity, this event promises excitement and discovery for everyone.
How to Participate:
- Collect Your Scavenger Hunt Page: Start your adventure by picking up your scavenger hunt page from the Central, Gordon Avenue, or Northside Library. Already at the BGP, there will be hunt guides there as well.
- Explore and Discover: Embark on your journey through the garden, using your page to spot the hidden mini art pieces.
- Complete the Hunt: Once you’ve found all the hidden book covers, fill out your scavenger hunt page by checking off your discoveries.
- Claim Your Reward: Return your completed page to the Central, Gordon Avenue, or Northside Library and receive a special prize as a token of your accomplishment and participation.
