150 years ago “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland” was published for the very first time. This classic tale of a young girl who falls down a rabbit hole and experiences all sorts of adventures in a magical place called Wonderland has been honored in many ways since 1865. The story and its titular character have been adapted into countless movies, TV shows, and live performances over the years. Several authors have used Alice as an inspiration for their own written works, as well.
To commemorate the 150th anniversary of Alice – which is being called “Alice150” and will be celebrated through several major events around the world – here are a few titles available through JMRL that take inspiration from Alice’s adventures:

Howard – A descendant of the inspiration for Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, sixteen-year-old Alyssa Gardner fears she is mentally ill like her mother until she finds that Wonderland is real and, if she passes a series of tests to fix Alice’s mistakes, she may save her family from their curse.
